I didn’t come into real estate just to do deals—I came to change lives, especially for those who are too often overlooked.
As a Hispanic woman, I’ve seen how language barriers and financial gatekeeping can make something as simple as walking into a bank feel overwhelming.
My first flip—a manufactured home—lit a fire in me. I saw the need for affordable quality housing—I realized how much impact I could make for families who just wanted a chance to own a home. Using seller-financing, I saw that I could help people shut out by conventional lending finally become homeowners. That changed everything.
Today, I wear many hats: hard money lender, Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, and investor. But my true priorities are lending and investing, because those are the paths where I can create the most impact—for my borrowers, my community, and the families I serve.
When I lend money for real estate deals, I don’t just cut checks—I create partnerships rooted in growth. For instance, I love working with contractors ready to turn their skills into wealth, investors who just need someone to believe in them, or first-timers hungry to learn. I make sure my borrowers walk away not just with funding, but with more knowledge than they came in with.
I’ve always been drawn to the underserved—the working class, the contractors and the moms who manage everything and still worry about money. That’s who I fight for.
That’s why I started an online women’s meetup where moms can build confidence around money. It’s also what drove me to become a licensed loan originator—to create lending solutions that help women leverage a duplex or multifamily property and turn ownership into long-term wealth.
Through every season of my journey, the through-line has remained the same: shifting perspectives, showing people what’s possible, and helping them achieve it. That’s what keeps me going—and what truly lights me up.
